Cookie Policy

Updated 11 October 2026 · Pre-launch website

Essential storage

We use ws_form, a first-party HTTP-only cookie lasting one hour, to protect registration submissions. The private administrator area uses ws_admin for an authenticated one-hour session and ws_oauth for ten minutes when the owner connects Google. These cookies are not used for advertising.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics runs only after you select “Allow analytics”. The ws_visit first-party cookie lasts 30 minutes and associates that measured visit with a broad traffic source and campaign label. If you register during that visit, the registration may be linked to it. There are no advertising pixels, third-party analytics, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.

Your browser stores ws_analytics_choice_v1 for up to 180 days to remember your choice. It is used only to honour that preference. Choosing “Essential only” does not affect registration.

Change your choice

Use “Analytics choices” in the homepage footer at any time. Choosing “Essential only” removes the current visit record, its attribution link and the ws_visit cookie. Browser settings also let you remove stored cookies and local storage. Removing the essential form cookie may require you to refresh before submitting.

Retention

Visit records are retained for up to 90 days. The browser preference expires after 180 days and you can choose again. See our Privacy Policy for registration retention and your rights.
